Thank you @charbarno7 in Mountain Brook for a fun family dinner last night! On Wednesday’s they have live music and half priced bottles of wine. Everyday they provide great service and a toddler friendly atmosphere! The kids menu is exceptional! They offer REAL FOOD (🙌🏻) such as grilled salmon (pictured), grilled chicken, and grilled sirloin to name a few. And all kids meals come with one side, teddy grahams (🎈🤗 and eighties kids dream come true) and a drink for under $10. 5-Step Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Mushroom and Goat Cheese Medallion Salad with Dijon Dressing
•
(1.) Toss baby spring mix greens with @newmansown Dijon Dressing. Set Aside.
(2.) Make Goat Cheese Medallions. Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut Goat Cheese into 1-inch thick rounds. Dredge through egg wash them breadcrumbs. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Toss bread cubes on same pan for fresh croutons. (3.) Grill Steak. (4.) Pan sauté baby bell mushrooms with avocado oil, salt, pepper and oregano. (5.)
